DO WE REALLY CARE

Do we really care? WOW what a question; you know it has been said that people do not care what you know until they know that you care and i totally concur with that assesment ; now why do i agree with that assesment- my answer is simple ; i don't care what you know about whatever the subject matter may be if i do not think that  you care about how that subject matter (whatever it may be) is going to affect me, my family, my church, my sphere of influence, and my world- in effect if i beleive that you do not care about the affect of anything upon the sphere that i just laid out then i have absolutley no interest whatsoever in what you know about that particular subject matter or what you think, and  i and people in general feel as such  because anything that you bring to the table reguarding that particular subject matter is peceived as SELF SERVING AND DISINGENUOUS. The reason i'm posting this Blog is here in the Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties area or the the tri-county lowcountry we are always receiveing some type of recognition or award for our lifestyle and being a Licensed Realtor in this marketplace i think all that recognition and all the acknowledgements are WONDERFUL, however my encouragement to the Real Estate Professionals and all who are involved(directly or indirectly) with this great Lowcountry profession is that we show our wonderful Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties residents that we do care by displaying our love for them in that instead of playing a round of golf on a day off lets serve our constituents in wayever way we can; for example maybe we can pay for a widows groceries with that round of golf money or maybe we can reach out to a Fatherless child and take them shopping and spend whatever money we were going to spend on ourself on that person , or maybe we can find a senior citizen who is having to choose between food or medicine and we can step in the gap and provide both or at least one of the items to that senior- Realtors and all who see this post it is my sincere prayers that we will all take a minute to look over our lives and make sure that we are really showing that we care and we do that by simply doing good deeds for others especially those who are less fortunate than we are.
